Help and Frequently Asked Questions

How the platform works, and the questions we are asked most.

What is the platform for?

ClariAze assesses the situations, projects and processes an organisation faces against international risk management standards. You describe the situation in a structured form, and the system returns the risks it identifies together with their likelihood, impact and recommended mitigation.

Which standards is the assessment based on?

The analysis follows the combined methodology of ISO 31000:2018, IEC 31010:2019, COSO ERM (2017), the FERMA Risk Management Standard, the IRM/AIRMIC/ALARM Risk Management Standard and BS 31100. Risks are rated for likelihood and impact on a standard 5×5 matrix.

Why are some fields mandatory?

ISO 31000 defines risk relative to objectives. Without the objectives, scope, stakeholders and data classification it is not possible to tell which circumstances genuinely count as a risk. The more context you provide, the sharper the result.

How long does an assessment take?

Usually 30–70 seconds. The analysis is thorough rather than instant. You do not need to keep the page open — the result appears in Analysis History once it is ready.

Are results stored?

Yes. Every assessment is saved under a unique request number and can be reopened at any time from Analysis History.

Can I see another company's data?

No. The system is multi-tenant: each user sees only the data belonging to their own company. That boundary is enforced on the server and cannot be crossed by editing the address bar.

What is the difference between the roles?

Employee — declares gifts, conflicts and outside interests, completes tasks, runs AI analyses and works on the risks assigned to them. Curator (compliance officer) — runs the compliance program of one company: reviews submissions, decides on AI-suggested risks and manages that company's users. Administrator — manages every company and user on the platform.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

Press "Reset password" on the sign-in page to email the support team, or ask your company's curator or administrator — they can set a new password for you. After signing in, change it yourself from the profile menu → Change password.

Can I rely on the AI results completely?

The results are a strong starting point for a professional assessment, but the final judgement always rests with a person. Review the recommendations in your own organisational context and agree them with the people accountable.
