1. Acceptance of terms

By using ClariAze — the AI-powered risk management platform — you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, do not use ClariAze. A company administrator who activates an account is deemed to accept these terms on behalf of all of that company's users.

2. About the platform

ClariAze is a corporate SaaS platform providing risk assessment, registry management, action tracking and an audit trail in line with the ISO 31000 and COSO ERM methodology.

3. Use of your account

• An account may be used only by the person it was issued to.
• Sharing your sign-in details or session with third parties is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Report any suspicious activity to your company administrator immediately.
• Users may access only the data within their own company.

4. Roles and permissions

ClariAze uses role-based access control. Each role permits a defined set of operations:

• User: sees the risks assigned to them and updates their status.
• Admin: manages risks, analyses and users within their company.
• Super Admin: system administration, plus read-only oversight of every company’s analyses, risks and decisions. They cannot create or change them.

5. Nature of the AI results

Risk assessments produced by ClariAze are advisory and do not replace professional judgement. Although the results follow the methodology of international standards, they are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors.

An assessment does not constitute legal, financial, medical or insurance advice. Consult a qualified specialist before making significant decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

ClariAze accepts no liability for direct or indirect losses arising from decisions made on the basis of AI assessment results. Verifying and applying the results is entirely the user's responsibility.

7. Prohibited use

• Accessing the system without authorisation, or attempting to bypass security controls.
• Attempting to reach another company's data.
• Using the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Placing excessive load on the system or sending automated bulk requests.
• Entering personal identification details (identity numbers, card details) into the AI analysis form.

8. Intellectual property

ClariAze's interface, logo, methodology and codebase are protected by copyright. Users may use the platform's functionality only for their own company.

9. Service availability

ClariAze is provided "as is". Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Temporary outages may occur because of maintenance, updates or failures of external AI services.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Updated terms take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Company administrators are notified of significant changes.
